Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Comeback Code, LLC, the provider of AI Team. By using AI Team, you agree to them.

The service

AI Team is business software that uses AI to help with email, calls, content, websites and scheduling. Features may change as we improve the service.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Usage beyond your plan’s included amounts is billed at the prices shown in the app.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. We don’t refund partial months, but your first month is refundable if you ask within 30 days of signing up.

Your content and data

You own your content and data. You give us permission to use them only to provide AI Team to you. See our Privacy Policy.

AI output

AI Team creates drafts and suggestions. Review them before you send or publish. You are responsible for what you send or publish, including messages to your customers.

Acceptable use

Don’t use AI Team for spam, for unlawful or misleading messages, to violate others’ rights, or to break laws on email, texting or calls. We may suspend accounts that do.

Third-party services

AI Team connects to services such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe and booking systems. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

Disclaimers and liability

AI Team is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell account holders about important changes.
