Privacy Policy

AI Team is provided by Comeback Code, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: cg@comebackcode.ai.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email, business name, address, phone and website.
• Billing information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Information you connect: email, calendar, booking system and social media accounts you choose to connect.
• Content you create or upload: posts, images, videos, website text, customer lists and files.
• Calls and messages handled by AI Phone and texting, including recordings and transcripts where you turn this on.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used and error reports, to keep the service working.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, AI Team requests only the access it needs:

• Gmail: to read your emails so it can sort them and draft replies, to save drafts and send replies you approve, and to archive emails you choose.
• Google Calendar: to read your schedule and create or update the appointments you book.

We use Google user data only to provide these features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general AI models. People at our company cannot read your Google data, except with your permission, for security reasons, or where the law requires it.

AI Team’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft user data

If you connect Outlook or Microsoft 365, we use the same access in the same limited way, only to provide these features to you.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve AI Team, to process payments, to send service messages, to provide support, and to keep the service secure.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that run AI Team for us, under contracts that limit their use to providing the service. They include hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), phone and texting (Twilio), and AI model providers that generate drafts, posts and voice. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect an account, we stop accessing it and delete the email and calendar content we stored from it within 30 days. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google or Microsoft at any time in AI Team settings, or in your Google or Microsoft account’s security settings. To see, correct or delete your data, email cg@comebackcode.ai.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring to protect your data.

Children

AI Team is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and tell account holders about important changes.
